PARTICIPATION & DONATION POLICY

Participation in Foundation events, committees, volunteer roles, sponsorships, registrations, purchases, and donations is subject to approval by Foundation leadership.

The Foundation reserves the right to decline involvement or contributions from any individual or entity whose behavior, intentions, or alignment pose safety, boundary, or mission concerns.

All determinations are final and made at the sole discretion of Foundation leadership.

Refund POLICY

The Foundation reserves the right to issue refunds for event registrations, sponsorships, purchases, or donations at its discretion.

Refunds may be issued in cases where an individual’s or organization’s involvement is not aligned with the Foundation’s mission, values, or participation policies.

If a refund is issued, the individual will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Refund determinations are final and do not require further explanation.
