Code of Conduct

Respect & Safety

  • Treat all individuals with courtesy and respect.

  • Maintain a safe and positive atmosphere at all Foundation events and related activities.

  • Behavior that threatens the emotional or physical safety of others is not permitted.

Appropriate Engagement

  • Interactions with Foundation leadership, volunteers, and participants must remain respectful and mission-aligned.

  • Misrepresentation, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal or denial of participation.

Integrity & Representation

  • Participants and sponsors must not use involvement with the Foundation for personal agendas, manipulation, or misinformation.

  • Any attempt to undermine the Foundation’s mission or leadership may result in removal or declined involvement.

Enforcement

  • The Foundation reserves the right to remove or decline participation from any individual or organization not adhering to this Code of Conduct.

  • Enforcement decisions are final and made solely by Foundation leadership.
